Until recently, there had hardly been a favorable mention of this under-planted fruit bush, but now there is a greater interest in large-scale elderberry farms or orchards. Elderberry fruit and the flowers are becoming very popular medicinal supplements and tea. In the landscape design, elderberry makes a nice medium to tall-sized shrub. Some species can grow into small trees.Our intent with this book is to introduce you to the Elderberries, with the simple guidelines to grow them.
